Exceptional

Swim up room fantastic but very cold.room outstanding. Breakfast was average, manley catering for the Chinese.

No bar to have a late night drinks. And very disappointed that they did not have a new year's event.

A little gem in Kata

Very convenient location in an unexpected pocket of Kata. It felt quite new and staff were very friendly and helpful. This place is well-managed, communication is quite good, and the process was smooth. The pool was especially well-maintained.

They could upgrade the kids play area a bit as most of the items were broken or in disrepair.

Our stay was comfortable and clean, staff were really great. Would stay there again. The spa was average so get a massag

Really enjoyed our stay. It was super clean, the rooms were so comfortable and spacious. The staff were really lovely and so helpful. The resort was inbetween Karon and Kata beach so easy to explore both areas. Short walk to Kata beach and to restaurants close by. Quite a touristy area but quiet. Buffet breakfast was so delicious with lots of variety

The actual spa part - we paid for 1 hr massages but were interrupted by phone calls and people walking in so staff had to keep stopping and starting. Probably only got like 40 mins of a massage.

We had a great stay at Aurico Resort, the staff at the resort were really helpful and attentive. The rooms spotless and a good size. We loved all of the facilities. Breakfast had lots of choice.

Lovely!

Good rooms, though was a bit of a maze to ours. The pool complex is quite nice, as is the swim up bar. Bar prices are not cheap, resort prices, but is quite good when it's on happy hour. Good buffet but dinner menu is again, resort price. Good location near, but not too close to Kata beach.

Exceptional

The room was beatifully designed with a great bathroom. The place was quiet with a nice view on a green hill. Lots of massage places and restaurants right on the hotel's street.

The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too thick to sleep on so we preferred not to use them at all. A little bit far away from the beach.

Highly reccomended. Facilities were very nice, pool was nice, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool bar very good. Breakfast was a very wide choice and delicious.

In gym there was not antiseptic sprey to clean machines after use. No towels or water in gym.

Aurico Kata Resort and Spa is a nice place to stay. We had a great time and would return

The breakfast was nice, though some items were a little on the warm side some days. I liked the design\decor of the whole property. My room was nice too. There was a choice of ambient lighting in the bathroom and bedroom which helped relaxation after a long day's adventuring. The TV had all English channels. Two free water bottles each day. A coffee\tea station in the room as well. The pool access was a great feature. The breakfast was nice with some variety though on some days some food items were a little on the warm side.

We discovered very small ant-like creatures on the coffee making table. they were coming up the leg from near the sliding patio door. We brought it to the attention of the desk the first time and they did something, but the ants appeared again and only when we asked for the manager the ants seemed to have disappeared. I had to point out areas of the room floor that wasn't swept as well as it should be. We asked to borrow an iron/ironing board which we got but the next day it had been taken. When we enquired about this, they said they didn't have many and other people were asking to use it. I was quite surprised that a big Spa Resort like this could not afford a sufficient supply. We had to iron multiple garments to get around this problem. Anyway, none of the above ruined any part of our stay at Aurico Kata Resort and Spa. The staff were very pleasant and always accommodating. I would definitely go back. There was not enough wardrobe space but this wasn't a major problem.

Excellent and relaxing stay

Excellent stay. Everything is new, clean and beautiful. Large swimmingpools, lovely garden and layout. Good location with numerous good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast with a lot of choises and nice room with a big comfortable bed.

There are a construction site nearby and some noise coming from there, altought it didn't bother us much.

The room was beautiful and the restaurant Shovel had amazing food everytime we went. Definitely give the beef stroganoff a go! The pool was really nice too.
